1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the betbolt platform at betbolt.pro (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and betbolt ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to its subject matter. No oral or written statement made by any betbolt representative outside of these Terms shall modify or supplement them unless expressly documented and agreed upon in writing by an authorised representative of betbolt.

2 Eligibility

To create and maintain a betbolt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. betbolt reserves the right to request official government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using betbolt does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register or use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on betbolt or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Not a betbolt Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents of betbolt, or immediate family members of the foregoing are not permitted to open player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) betbolt account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information should any details change. betbolt will not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

• KYC Verification: betbolt may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify betbolt support immediately.
• Account Ownership: Your betbolt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any other party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account is prohibited.
• Inactive Accounts: betbolt reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on betbolt are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betbolt supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status and region.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts requesting withdrawals to GCash or Maya wallets are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 1 to 3 banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts. betbolt reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal request.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your betbolt account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso. betbolt does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency amounts will be displayed for informational purposes only.
• Reversal of Withdrawals: Once a withdrawal request has been processed and dispatched by betbolt, it cannot be reversed. Requests that are still in a pending state may be cancelled by the player through the account dashboard prior to processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betbolt offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, only one welcome bonus or new-player promotion is available per person, household, IP address, or shared device.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotional period, or that have not had their wagering requirements met within the stipulated time window, will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: betbolt reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent behaviour in connection with a promotion.
• betbolt's Discretion: betbolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on betbolt are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and random number generation integrity. betbolt does not control or influence the outcome of any game.

• Game Fairness: All casino games on betbolt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as provided by the respective game developers and are available within each game's information panel.
• Bets Are Final: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the betbolt system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a game, server, or network failure during an active game round, betbolt's records of bets placed and outcomes recorded by the server prior to the failure will be considered binding. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system failure, betbolt may, at its discretion, void the round and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact betbolt support within 72 hours of the disputed transaction. Claims made after this window may not be investigated. betbolt's decision on game disputes, informed by server logs and provider records, is final.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Void bets, pushes, and other settlement rules for specific sports and markets are governed by the betbolt Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betbolt platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by betbolt.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or Platform software. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to betbolt support. Knowingly exploiting an error for financial gain will result in account termination and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Registering or using a betbolt account on behalf of a third party without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward betbolt staff, agents, or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

betbolt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools within every player account to help manage gaming activity. These tools include configurable deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and a self-exclusion facility.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion through the account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has elapsed. betbolt will make reasonable efforts to ensure self-excluded players are not targeted by promotional communications during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the betbolt Platform, including but not limited to the betbolt name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content provided by betbolt directly, is the exclusive property of betbolt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without betbolt's prior written consent.

Game content and software made available on the Platform by third-party providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. betbolt makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content displayed on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betbolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

betbolt's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your betbolt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betbolt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. betbolt does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

11 Termination

betbolt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete required KYC verification, or for any other reason betbolt deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may request the closure of your betbolt account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law clauses — shall survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your betbolt account, or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to betbolt's customer support team for internal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through that process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any such proceedings.
